Base frame: Sheathing on all sides for putting onto the tank. DD structure finish pebble gray similar to RAL 7032. Other finish upon request. Filter installed upstream of the condenser available as an option.
Cooling circuit: With chiller with pipe coil evaporator stainless steel 1.4301. Air-cooled condenser of copper pipes with aluminium fins, expansion valve, dryer, high pressure and low pressure switch (type-tested), inspection glass, cooling agent receiver, charging of oil and cooling agent. From OBK 7 on with solenoid valve. From OBK 36 on with 2 entire cooling circuits. Power stages 0-50-100 %.
Stirrer(s): Required to achieve an optimal heat transfer in the tank even if there is no flow in the tank.
Electrical cabinet in an entirely closed and dust-proof version, fully wired internally according to EN 60 204-1 and UVV/VBG4 with all switching, control and monitoring devices included, control voltage 24 V AC.
Safety chain with high and low pressure switch and motor protection switches. Light-emitting diodes (LED) for indicating operation as well as high and low pressure faults in the electrical cabinet. Adjustable electronic digital thermostat, external lamp for collective fault message, complete electrical control system and device connection cable 2.5 m.

DESCRIPTION
The OBK immersion coolers provide an efficient solution for cooling water, emulsions, or oil, especially for CNC machines and similar applications. These devices are mounted directly onto the container and immerse into the liquid, ensuring effective cooling. Typically, cooling is achieved via compressor cooling, but water-cooled options are also available to meet various requirements.
The temperature range of the medium is between 13.5°C and 28°C, allowing precise temperature control. The immersion coolers are specifically designed for flat containers, as their evaporator has a very flat design. An integrated temperature sensor regulates the medium temperature and offers various control options, including a fixed medium temperature, ambient temperature, or machine bed temperature.
The OBK immersion coolers are available in performance ranges from 5 kW to 80 kW and are delivered fully pre-wired with a space-saving construction. They are also designed for operation with 50/60 Hz and can be equipped with casters or handles upon request. Additionally, there are versions available for use with aggressive media, offering complete electrical control and various sensor options for optimal performance.
The base frame of the OBK immersion coolers is designed for easy placement onto the container, ensuring reliable cooling. It is fully enclosed and finished with a DD-structural paint in pebble grey, similar to RAL 7032. Other paint finishes are available upon request. An optional filter can be installed before the condenser.
The refrigeration circuit includes a refrigeration compressor with a stainless steel 1.4301 coil evaporator. The air-cooled condenser is made of copper pipes with aluminum fins and is equipped with an expansion valve, a dryer, high and low pressure switches (component-tested), a sight glass, a refrigerant collector, and an oil and refrigerant charge. From OBK 7, a solenoid valve is included, and from OBK 36, two complete refrigeration circuits are present. The performance stages are adjustable in 0-50-100% variants.
To ensure optimal heat transfer in the container, even with no flow, agitators are provided. The electrical control cabinet is available in a fully enclosed, dust-proof design and is internally wired according to EN 60 204-1 and UVV/VBG4 standards. It includes all switching, control, and monitoring devices, as well as a control voltage of 24 V AC. A safety chain with high and low pressure pressostats and motor protection switches ensures system safety. LEDs indicate operation, as well as high and low-pressure faults in the control cabinet. An adjustable electronic digital thermostat, an external lamp for aggregate fault notifications, a complete electrical control system, and a 2.5 m long device connection cable are also included.
Additional equipment options include ambient temperature-controlled temperature control, condenser filters, water-cooled condensers, heat recovery, and special voltages. Custom versions according to factory specifications and CSA certification are available upon request.
